Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate aged to share the cost of co-renting this cosy apartment on Teglholmsagde in Sydhavn right by the water.

Ideally, I am seeking a co-renter for 3 months with room to extend. But in the past I have rented the room for as little as 2 weeks, but also as long as 5 months.

It is ideal for people moving to Copenhagen who don’t want to get tied into lengthy contracts requiring three months rent and three months deposit for the wrong apartment while they search for their ideal home. Or for people in between apartments in Copenhagen, who need a place to stay for a short time.

The room is available now, and the entire cost is 7500DKK a month for renting of the room. Plus a deposit to be dependent on the length of stay.

The bedroom comes with a bed and mattress, a bedside table, a comfy chair, and a chest-of-drawers. There is a walk in wardrobe room as well, but that is just outside the door to the room.

The entire apartment is 93m2, has a large shared living area that includes kitchen, living room, dining room, and small shared office space. Also a bathroom and a private balcony that is in the sun from the midday until the sun sets. There is a locked-up storage area in the basement and also an inside bike lock-up area as well. Cost also includes Netlfix, Disney Plus and HBO Max.
