【student only】Subletting my dormroom in Børglum Kollegiet, 2D, ground floor, 14m. 1st October-1st March.
Rent 2700DKK, including electricity, heat, water and wifi. Possible to have cpr registration on the address.
The room has a private bathroom/toilet, and share kitchen with 12 students who enjoys common dinner and parties together. You have cupboard and fridge/freezer of your own.
The room is right next to risskov veri center, 1 min walk to Lidl,Rema,Netto, Normal, matas and apotek. The dorm is 15min by bike to Aarhus University, 10min by bus. And 15min biking to Risskov beach.
The dorm is surrounded by peaceful and lively nature (you see hares and ducks all around), and is equiped with a gym, piano room, sauna room, pool room, study room with a printer, and a basement bar.
I have everything set in my room, including a coffee/tea corner, you may use the coffee machine, tea pot and everything here that makes you cozy:)
I am subletting it because I'm going to Vienna for my Erasmus exchange, and welcome to stay at my room if you want a easy, hygge and colorful dorm life!
*To be able to sublet the room, you have to be an active student 🙂
